Pricing and Packages for The Ashlings:
Bend Oregon’s premier wedding ceremony & reception musicians

For most weddings we charge between $500-$2000 and every situation is different. Here are some things that we consider when pricing out a quote for you.

Our duo is guitar, vocals and either a cellist or a violinist. This is an excellent choice for those looking for that full classical music sound while also having the option for some pop songs or upbeat cocktail-hour music.

Base Rate
This is our starting point for weddings inside the City of Bend. This includes our own sound equipment, 30 minutes of Prelude Music before the ceremony, the processional and recessional and one hour of cocktail hour/reception music. All music performed would be in our standard repertoire.

Your Special Songs
$150 per song arranged for the duo
$150 for a professionally recorded and mastered version of the song presented to you on your wedding day

Travel Costs
$100 for weddings outside the City of Bend and within one hour. Most resorts are outside the city.
Weddings throughout the Pacific Northwest, Hawaii and Alaska will have additional travel and expenses.

Music Budget & Other Considerations
According to the experts at The Knot, wedding planners should consider 10% of their overall budget for musicians and DJs. By hiring The Ashlings you are guaranteed to make your day more memorable and special. We often hear from brides that their choice of music was one of the things their guests loved the most about their wedding day, but we’ll let our testimonials speak for themselves. By hiring the Ashlings you are supporting local Central Oregon musicians who will provide you with the very best service and professionalism: The Ashlings include Laurel Brauns, who is a well-known local songwriter, Amy Mitchell who teaches middle school in Redmond, and Julie Southwell who is a Ashtanga yoga teacher, massage therapist, and nordic ski instructor at Mt. Bachelor.

We are happy to provide a 10% discount for local mid-week weddings and winter weddings in November (excluding Thanksgiving weekend), December (excluding Holiday Weeks), January and February.
